Entrevista del testigo

Raisa V., born in 1932, recalls: “In 1942, I saw 3 or 4 very long columns with more than a hundred people in each one. The Jews were brought to the gas station located in the field. They were marched with their belongings. They came from Pyatigorsk. They passed by the central street that was called Lenin Street back then. They cried because I think they knew that they would be killed. They were guarded by many Germans armed with machine guns. Later, I heard the bursts of gunfire.” (Testimony n°569 interviewed in Nezlobnaya on October 22nd, 2015)
